You may choose one of our existing homes or we welcome other builders to Solomon's Cove just choose a lot and bring your house plans for review by the developer and build your dream home.

The lots available for purchase range in size from about 1/2 to 3/4 acre each. We already have three bedroom septic permits on file. The community offers gently sloping wooded lots and a 2.6 acre common area with stream. The roads are bulit to state specifications and we have protective covenants in place requiring site built homes only.
